Oh, yum!!!
You do not have to have a "smoothie" machine to make an excellent smoothie. How wonderful these are on a very hot day. You can also add extras to make them even more nutritious.
My personal favorite:
Strawberry - Banana Smoothie
2 bananas
½ cup milk
½ bag frozen whole strawberries
8 oz. container yogurt (vanilla)
2 tsp. sugar
Place all in a blender and liquify. Smoothie for two in large glasses.
Weight-Watchers Smoothie - 4pts.
2 bananas
½ cup no fat milk
½ bag frozen whole strawberries
6 oz. container yogurt (vanilla)
3 pkgs. Sweet n Low
